This policy explains how the Mounted mobile app ("Mounted", "the app") handles your information. Mounted is published by Meru Technologies LLC. It applies to the Mounted app and this website, mounted.meru-technologies.com.

Your photos stay on your device

Mounted processes your photos entirely on your device. When you frame, mat or resize an image, that work happens locally. Mounted does not upload your photos to our servers, and we never see them.

Photo library access

To frame a photo, the app asks your operating system for permission to access the specific photos you choose. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. Mounted only reads the images you select and writes the framed result back when you export.

What we do collect

Mounted may collect limited, non-identifying diagnostics — app version, device type, crash reports and anonymous usage counts — to fix bugs and improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity and never includes your photos. If the app offers optional analytics, you can turn it off in settings.

Purchases

Any purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of a purchase but not your payment card details, which are handled entirely by the store.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos for advertising or model training.

Children

Mounted is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may ask what limited diagnostic data we hold, or request its deletion, by emailing privacy@mounted.meru-technologies.com. We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the current version.
